Our full bodied dry white wine is made entirely from chardonnay grapes grown in the Gush Ezion vineyards and harvested by hand. Our chardonnay carries the exotic aromas of apricot, melon and peaches. The wine undergoes a slow fermentation at low temperatures in stainless steal vats and oak casks, to impart a rich bouquet of vanilla, caramel and honey.
