Halel Cabernet Sauvignon is made from grapes of the same name which grow in a small vineyard. The wine is aged for fourteen months in French Oak casks. The taste contains hints of bittersweet chocolate, blueberries and other berries. It is a full bodied wine with a long finish. The wine is ready for drinking eighteen months after the grape harvest.
