The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes used for the wine are grown at the Mizpe Offir Vineyard in the Golan overlooking the sea of Galilee. Manually harvested at dawn, the grapes then go through a long and cool fermentation process, to extract colors, and aromas.The color of Lioness is an intense red towards purple. The aroma and flavors of Lioness are reminiscing of ripe black fruits, cherries, and vanilla leading to a long smooth soft finish.
