In the Negev Desert sits a small winery surrounded by vineyards that were planted in the early 90s. Benefiting from the rich soil, cold nights followed by strong sunshine, strengthens the vines that produce a great full-bodied red wine. This wine is a blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Merlot, and 5% Petite Verdot. It was aged 16 months in French Oak. This well-balanced blend of the highest quality grapes is most enjoyable. Its full body with a hint of spiciness in the beginning turning into a fruity paradise of berries with a long finish is truly unique
