 Developed for 15 months in French oak, opens with a nose rich in black fruits and licorice. Full-bodied with ample tannins that grip gently, opens slowly in the glass to reveal aromas and flavors of blackcurrants, black cherries and violets, those followed on the long and generous finish with appealing notes of anise and black pepper, the tannins and fruits rising together on the finish.
