Kentucky Straight Corn Whiskey, the granddaddy of Bourbon, is made with a mash bill of at least 80% corn. Hirsch Selection 20 Year Old American Whiskey was then aged in used casks, lending another layer of distinction from your average American whiskey. This hard-to-find spirit has been carefully selected by Hirsch by the barrel as representative of some of the very finest available.
